We have a strict no refund policy on Jewelry as each ring is made to order. However we are happy to provide store credit provided you meet the requirements detailed below:

  • Contact our Fifth Lane customer service team at hello@thefifthlane.com to request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, order number, reason for return and item/s to be returned.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition will not be accepted. 
  • Once approved, our customer service team will process your refund or exchange.
  • Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by The Fifth Lane and will not be included in your return

 

    If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item (including packaging). If the item does not reach us safely, The Fifth Lane will not be held responsible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made within a 14 day time frame from purchase date.

    The Fifth Lane reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and guidelines.

    Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

    Shipping

    All returns should be sent using tracked shipping. Using untracked shipping means that if your item is lost or damaged in transit there is no way for the shipping provider to cover this. Australia Post is an easy option to send your item back to us. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.
